1. Processing Accounting Support Tasks - 75%

Working under the director of supervisor, processes tasks related to client accounting and billing services. Serves as the accounting services lead for a portfolio of small and/or low-complexity client accounts.

Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine daily and monthly tasks related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, reconciling the billing system to the underwriting system, and month-end reporting.

Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with low- to mid- level complexity. Escalate high level complexity to senior team members and/or supervisor, as needed.

2. Client Service and Communication - 15%

Receives and handles client requests via inbound email. Attends client meetings and provides input or updates as needed.

Respond promptly to client needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive client experience.

Answers questions professionally and assists clients by completing a task or process for them.

3. Teamwork and Collaboration - 10%

Collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.

Looks for opportunities to improve processes to better support client and build knowledge and expertise in underwriting.

Serves as a resource and mentor to Associates.
