Job Functions
As a Managing Director at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:
Lead and oversee the overall operations and business strategy of the organization in Poland;
Manage day-to-day operations and provide strategic guidance to the board;
Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive growth and expand our presence in the Polish market;
Build and manage the team, ensuring cohesion and alignment with company objectives;
Utilize market knowledge and network to expand business opportunities in Poland;
Support a strong company culture and maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support;
Take financial responsibility for the profit & loss of the business and manage budgets effectively;
Provide top-level oversight of workflows and regulate expenses to ensure operational efficiency;
Carrying out the business plan and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs.
