Communication Specialist

Help shape and strengthen Gameloft Ukraine's brand by creating engaging communication initiatives that connect our employees, industry partners and local communities. You'll drive internal and external communications,employer branding efforts, which will help showcase the people and culture behind our games. You will report to the Regional Director of Communications.

Daily Power-ups

• Support internal, external, and CSR communication initiatives across Gameloft Ukraine.
• Create and execute communication plans including public relations strategies.
• Manage and grow Gameloft Ukraine’s presence on social media, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Draft press materials and create internal communications. 
• Organize and coordinate studio events, both online and offline.
• Identify opportunities to increase studio visibility through media, partnerships, industry events, and community initiatives.
• Engage teams in initiatives that enhance the corporate brand. 
• Monitor communication trends, media coverage, and digital engagement metrics.
• Supervise photo, video, and other content production to strengthen brand image.
• Support additional communication-related projects and initiatives when needed.

Your Next Level

This role offers the opportunity to grow into broader regional communication, global employer branding projects, and leadership responsibilities within an international gaming company.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Employer Branding within the tech industry.
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of integrated communication strategies and storytelling.
• Experience creating communication plans and managing communication campaigns.
• Good knowledge of local and national media landscape.
• Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with content creation, including photo and video production.
