About the role
We are recruiting a Quality Engineer to manage assigned EMOs and work with the project teams and EMOs to manage the risk and achieve consistent compliance in NPD/EPD.
Your responsibilities
- New Product Development:
- Perform as a team member in NPD/EPD according to applicable procedures of Project Development and Technical Transfer.
- Participate project meeting, lead or monitor project/ process risk by standing up/ flagging risk to ensure risk under an acceptable level.
- Lead or participate DATP, Gauge R&R, FMEAs, Ctrl Plan, Trial Run, Quality standard (agreement), PATP, GFS, CoA.
- Prepare and make relevant documents acknowledged by EMOs: Technical Agreement, Technical documents, Quality Agreement.
- Existing Product:
- Roll out
- Technical Transfer
- Change control/validation
- CC monitoring and checklist review
- Continuous Monitoring & Improvement, Change Control
- Monitor & drive the improvement by daily production by defect rate, SPC chart, KPI.
- Working with Consumer Care team to manage the complaint, using SPIN, CPM and QualityOne/ CLARE
- Ensure relevant change control implemented per procedures and QualityOne.
- Monitor and ensure project owner uploading the related documents in project folder as per development checklist.
- Audit:
- Conduct risk-based QMS audit to EMOs and suppliers, follow up the CAPA.
The experience we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in science or technology.
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality.
- Proactive attitude and self-driven.
- Open-minded character, willing to learn.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Fast-moving style, hands-on and multi-task handling.
- Data Analysis and SPC skills as prefer.
