Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. 
 
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 
 
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Your responsibilities

- Create and oversee worldwide sales strategies, ensuring revenue growth and an expanding market presence. 
- Lead a diverse, high-achieving global sales force, prioritising development and success. 
- Partner with various teams to ensure sales plans complement the wider business strategy. 
- Use market intelligence and customer feedback to seek out new opportunities. 
- Build and nurture relationships with key global customers, enhancing business prospects.

The experience we're looking for

- Demonstrable success in leading global sales strategies and exceeding growth targets. 
- Astute in strategic planning with a comprehensive understanding of global markets. 
- Proficiency in negotiation with a subtle appreciation of cultural nuances. 
- Accomplished in building rapport with a wide range of global stakeholders. 
- Adept in leading within a multidimensional and culturally diverse business structures and teams. 
- Willingness to undertake international travel as part of your role.
