Responsible for The Fancy, The Den, The Roof, beach activation, and banquet programming, this role combines creative vision with operational execution. The Executive Chef builds strong kitchen culture, manages food and labor costs, and ensures consistent culinary excellence. Success requires hands on leadership, strong systems, and the ability to deliver innovative, high quality food experiences within a fast paced lifestyle hotel setting.
