Accounting and Reporting Leader

Job Description:

• Lead a dedicated team managing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure adherence to both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local statutory requirements.
• Lead financial statement report analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting, and management reviews.
• Collaborate closely with business team, tax, regional controllers, corporate accounting experts, and external auditors across various business scenarios
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the accounting function
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing regular coaching and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit firms, with demonstrated expertise in financial statement auditing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English communication and capable of working effectively in an English professional environment.
