Senior Business and Quality Analyst

Hillwood is seeking an experienced Senior Business and Quality Analyst to join our centralized Information Technology (IT) Applications team in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on enterprise-grade application maintenance, development, and process improvement while serving as a functional lead for key IT systems. The Analyst will work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Technology and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, provide application support, and deliver high-quality customer service. They will also play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring testing standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
