Responsibilities
Pay Range: $25 - $50 per hour
Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and reliable Cycle Instructor to join our fitness team. We are looking for someone passionate about group fitness and committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels. **Availability to teach Tuesday morning at 8:30am needed, availability to teach early morning cycle classes preferred**
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and high-energy Cycle classes
- Create a positive and motivating experience for participants
- Provide safe instruction and movement modifications when needed
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage participation
Qualifications
- Current Cycle certification required
- 1+ years of group fitness instruction experience required
- CPR/AED certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate participants of varying fitness levels and class sizes
