Ocean Ports & Shipping, agencia marítima especializada en el sector de cruceros y perteneciente al holding empresarial ROMEU, con base en Barcelona, busca incorporar un/a Shorex Operations Executive para gestionar y coordinar operaciones de excursiones en tierra para compañías internacionales, incluyendo navieras premium y de ultra lujo.

What will your functions be?

• Coordinación integral de excursiones en tierra (shore excursions) en distintos puertos.
• Gestión de proveedores locales: selección, negociación y seguimiento de servicios.
• Elaboración y actualización de programas de excursiones adaptados a diferentes perfiles de cliente (estándar, premium y lujo).
• Supervisión operativa durante escalas: control de timings, calidad de servicio y resolución de incidencias.
• Comunicación directa con navieras y equipos internacionales.
• Control de costes, presupuestos y optimización de operaciones.
• Asegurar altos estándares de calidad y satisfacción del pasajero.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa en operaciones turísticas, preferiblemente en el sector cruceros o DMC.
• Alto nivel de inglés (imprescindible); se valorarán otros idiomas.
• Capacidad organizativa y de gestión de múltiples operaciones simultáneas.
• Habilidades de negociación y orientación al detalle.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles según operativa de cruceros.
• Conocimiento del sector turístico y sensibilidad hacia el cliente premium/lujo.
