You will lead the design and implementation of annual, major gifts, and emerging capital and endowment campaigns, working closely with executive leadership and board stakeholders. The role combines high-touch donor relationship management with strategic campaign planning and development operations oversight.
You will cultivate and steward relationships with key donors, alumni, parents, and community partners to deepen engagement and maximize philanthropic impact.
In addition, you will play a central role in building fundraising infrastructure, optimizing donor data systems, and ensuring strong reporting and accountability.
