Job Description
- Exercise full accountability for third-party facility operations, ensuring regional portfolio performance aligns with global business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and external providers to coordinate critical works and communicate the directions.
- Manage technical teams to ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are completed to global standards while maintaining strict operational excellence.
- Lead critical event responses, perform risk assessments, and conduct site evaluations to ensure business continuity and proactive mitigation.
- Partner with global engineering and network teams to support site selection and contribute to enterprise-wide infrastructure and program initiatives.
