About the Team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Partner to join our Performance and Services team. The Client Partner will partner with clients across the Entertainment, Gaming and technology key verticals. The successful candidate will build long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sales, brand advertising, and/or online advertising
- Strong and relevant experience and connections
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creator or user-generated content (UGC) driven content.
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, or measurement strategies.
- Ability to lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or joint business plans with senior stakeholders.
- Global campaign management or regional experience is preferable.
