Job Description
Installs, commissions, maintains and removes equipment, cables and connections on the Avista production Networks. Examples of network equipment include, but are not limited to; switches, routers, modems, remote terminal units, microwave, wireless, terminal servers, WAN optimizers, load balancers, virtual private networks, and time division multiplexing (TDM). Examples of cables include, but are not limited to; fiber optic, low voltage metallic, and coaxial. Investigates and facilitates mitigation of radio frequency interference complaints. May work collaboratively with Engineering and other departments or employees to develop, configure, troubleshoot, install, and complete other related tasks on the Network Systems.
