Mechanical Product Development Engineer

The R&D Engineer IV leads complex technical projects, driving innovative solutions from concept through validation. This role manages the full product lifecycle, including feasibility studies, risk analysis, prototyping, and system design, while ensuring adherence to design control processes and documentation standards. With expertise in advanced mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing methods, the engineer applies creativity, analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, and LabVIEW to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective products.
