EllisDon uses AI tools to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position. 

You as a Total Rewards Coordinator will:

  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new and existing total rewards programs including but not limited to compensation, shares, and wellness program

  • Assist with the Corporate Annual Compensation process including merit adjustments and profit-sharing program

  • Assist with the administration of the Annual Shares program

  • Compiling data and submitting salary surveys

  • Participate in compensation analysis using internal and market data

  • Assist in the development of total rewards metrics for data analytics purposes

  • Produce vendor reports ongoing maintenance of programs

  • Produce monthly communications to educate employees on Total Rewards

  • Coordinate with P&C on new title requests to gather all relevant information

  • Participate in the EllisDon Pay Equity program including maintaining job descriptions, pay equity tools and resources

  • Support the implementation of new and existing total rewards programs including data collection, data analysis, developing tools and resources

  • Provide administrative support for Total Rewards programs

  • Understanding of the benefits programs and assisting when necessary

  • Understanding of compensation business processes within Workday

Is this the right role for you?

  • One year of Total Rewards experience, including knowledge in compensation, benefits and wellness programs

  • You have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Compensation and/or Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of federal and provincial legislation including but not limited to pay equity, leaves of absences, and compensation

  • Strong knowledge of Excel including advanced formulas, vlookups, and data analysis

  • You are passionate about what you do and are a self-starter who takes initiative

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000
