What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
Greets and directs guests
Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and guest areas
Restocks supplies and food items promptly and responds to guest inquiries and requests
Answers and directs telephone calls to appropriate personnel
Accepts and processes payments
Creates various signage for functions and parking stickers as necessary
Weekend availability required
What You Bring
Previous experience in food service and/or customer service preferred
The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
