Drive the Group’s maintenance digitalization roadmap, identifying enhancement opportunities across mobility apps, portals, and SAP SM workflows.

Represent MSM requirements in cross‑functional system initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and end‑to‑end process integrity.
Identify and resolve process gaps in existing workflows, designing harmonized solutions with local entities.
Lead the deployment and standardization of system solutions across all Group entities, including rapid integration of newly acquired assets.
Translate operational needs into precise system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, integration rules, and cybersecurity standards.
Govern the full system delivery lifecycle: release planning, UAT, cutover, hypercare.
Maintain a Group‑wide system playbook, ensuring configuration governance, controlled localization, and strict change management.
Drive system adoption through super‑user networks, KPI tracking, and barrier resolution.
Ensure interoperability between SAP SM modules, data platforms, and vendor interfaces, enforcing strict data governance.
Evaluate and implement advanced and AI‑supported solutions to improve efficiency, optimize norms, and reduce administrative workload.
