Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to ensure the highest possible satisfaction of users of LivaNova hardware (heart-lung machine Essenz and ATS) by providing rapid response to technical issues and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st level support for LivaNova Essenz HLM (heart-lung machine) and ATS (autotransfusion device)
- 1st level support for LivaNova data management
- Database customization, network integration (HL7), and third-party device integration for LivaNova HLM
- Timely preparation of service reports
- Compliance with LivaNova guidelines
- Independent planning and execution of incoming customer assignments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of hospital IT systems
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and networking technologies
- Ability to work independently
- Customer-oriented approach
- Commitment and flexibility
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- High willingness to travel (75%)
