Program Analyst, Policy & Regulatory Compliance

Reporting to the Manager, Policies, Compliance, and Pearson Standards, this role is ideal for a self-motivated and independent professional who takes initiative and ownership of their work. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in policy management, regulatory monitoring, and the delivery and reporting of compliance programs. The Program Analyst plays a critical role in the execution and continuous improvement of three key GTAA enterprise programs: the Pearson Standard Program, the Policy Management Program, and Board Regulatory Compliance Reporting.
