About this Position We are looking for a motivated professional to join the Schwarzkopf Professional and STMNT Grooming Goods teams. This role focuses on growing our e-commerce business by adding new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. You will use insights from data to improve performance, find growth opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to support the company’s goals. What you´ll do Help acquire new e-commerce clients and manage current client accounts. Support sales strategies following global guidelines. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to spot opportunities. Provide recommendations to improve commercial performance. Track KPIs and help achieve growth targets. Work with Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Education teams to align initiatives. Assist in analyzing pricing, promotions, and product range. Identify growth opportunities across clients, channels, and categories. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Prepare client presentations and support commercial proposals. Ensure local execution of global and regional initiatives. Help improve sales support processes.
