Job Purpose This specialist role requires extensive knowledge of the infrastructure used to support all Data Center hardware; Network, Server & Storage.  The primary activities will involve Interfacing with Customers and other technical teams to advise on current Data Center infrastructure design (copper/fibre cabling methodologies & standards) as required. The role will receive a Bill of Materials (Network, Server and Storage hardware), add data Center requirements (cabinetry and cable infrastructure) and once a Network logical design is received from Network Architecture, turn the BOM into a Data Center design using current tools.
