Manufacturing Manager

We are supporting an international industrial group in the search for a senior manufacturing leader to take global responsibility for the performance and long‑term development of its manufacturing operations.

This role carries global functional oversight of all production sites, with a strong focus on a core group of strategic plants across Europe, the Americas and Africa. The position reports into top Operations leadership and plays a key role in shaping industrial strategy, investment decisions and operational excellence across the manufacturing footprint.

The role

• Full accountability for manufacturing performance, efficiency, cost competitiveness and safety at global level.
• Leadership of the industrial strategy and long‑term operational planning, including capacity planning, footprint evolution and organizational development.
• Functional leadership of Plant Managers, ensuring performance management, objective setting and talent development.
• Oversight of global operational KPIs, cost structure and productivity initiatives.
• Leadership of process optimization, industrial transformation and scale‑up initiatives, coordinated with Engineering, R&D and Maintenance.
• Responsibility for industrial investments, ensuring delivery against timelines, budget and performance objectives.
• Acting as the company’s industrial representative with authorities, institutions and key external stakeholders.

Profile

• Engineering background (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or similar).
• 15+ years of experience in complex industrial/manufacturing environments, (3-5 years of experience with Industrial Plants Global Management)
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial processes, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on operational credibility.
• Proven leadership in multi‑site, multicultural contexts, with the ability to drive results through influence.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Valid work authorization for Spain required.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time
