
State Administration Assistant - Vic
Job Description
- Answer internal and external enquiries which come through all communication channels.

Managing confidential and highly sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner.

Ensure all stakeholders are given regular updates in relation to state issues, meetings and events

Preparation of reports, presentations and proposals as required, with a strong attention to detail.

Organise meetings and seminars for internal and external stakeholders including arranging catering and preparation of relevant documents if required.

Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the State Management team where required

Maintains records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material for ease of retrieval

Collate reports and complete data collection and maintain an efficient and effective electronic filing system for company records

Have gained previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced Assistant position within a multi-site, human service-related organisation.

Possess excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail. Ability to manage conflicting deadlines

Experience working across multiple levels within an organisation and communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
-
Advanced ability using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Teams

Exceptional attention to detail and extremely organized

Ability to engage and influence others

Previous experience within the Early Learning Sector (desirable)

Completion of Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)

Current VIC Working with Children Check
