Bilingual English and Spanish required, both speaking and writing. 100% on-site, based out of Eisner Health's Downtown Los Angeles Mainsite - 1530 S. Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates who support the mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This role focuses on sourcing diverse talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with leadership to meet staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
