You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What We Do
The Senior Wealth Associate will play a key role in providing advanced operational and client-service support to our Wealth Advisors and clients. The Senior Wealth Associate will act as a subject-matter resource for complex requests and high-impact service. The successful candidate must have a strong background in Wealth Management and operational support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Client, Advisor & Business Development Support
Deliver superior client experience in assisting clients and advisors with day-to-day requests
Support Wealth Advisors in managing and servicing client relationships
Prepare and participate in client meetings as required
Manage escalations by assessing issues, collaborating with relevant teams, and driving timely resolution
Support Wealth Advisors in driving growth through proactive outreach and lead qualification
Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify new client opportunities
Maintain and track a pipeline in CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up
Identify opportunities within existing client relationships for additional services or referrals
Support Wealth Advisors in financial planning activities
Execute trades in line with client risk profiles, and provide trade support by executing and coordinating transactions as instructed.
Operations & Client Journey Management
Own and track the end-to-end client journey, including account opening, transfers, and key milestones
Partner with management to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely onboarding and transfers
Proactively manage and escalate operational issues to minimize impact on clients and advisors
Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back-office platforms
Run reports and analytics to support advisor insights and operational tracking
Team & Continuous Improvement
Support technology troubleshooting and operational inquiries
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Mentor and train Junior Wealth Associates and Onboarding Specialists to build capability and expertise
What We’re Looking For
Completion of a University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of relevant experience in the wealth management operations space
Superior knowledge of the investment industry and products
1-3 years of experience in a post trade operations role
Bilingual in English and French
Must be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) and have ability to sell both mutual funds and securities
Financial planning experience and familiarity with Salesforce/portfolio management tools are an asset
Other designations such as CFA/CIM/CFP/PFP is an asset

Strong knowledge of industry standards, investment products, and wealth management procedures
Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills with a client-centric mindset
Detail-oriented with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to clients, including KYC/AML regulations
Understanding of product structures, capital markets and investments
Excellent understanding of financial market and investment products

For this role, your total rewards include:
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $105,000 to 123,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
