Job Description
Website Management Optimisation You'll manage day-to-day website activity, ensuring content stays fresh, accurate and aligned with our brand. You’ll coordinate updates, create and optimise landing pages and collaborate with our developers and agency partners on technical and UX enhancements. Your goal is to ensure the site performs well, complies with best practices and supports effective lead generation. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) You’ll support and deliver our SEO activity — from keyword research and on-page improvements through to technical audits and content recommendations. You’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities to boost visibility and advise on optimisations that increase high-quality organic traffic. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) You’ll help identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion performance across forms, contact pages and campaign landing pages. Using analytics tools, heat maps and simple A/B tests, you’ll make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and lead flow. Organic Social Media You’ll oversee our organic social channels, particularly LinkedIn, helping bring our brand story to life online. This involves managing the content calendar, drafting posts, publishing through Hootsuite, coordinating with our content team and reporting on engagement. You’ll keep an eye on trending topics and ensure our voice stays relevant and consistent. Paid Media Campaign You’ll support and increasingly lead paid campaign activity across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and other platforms. Working with our agency partners, you’ll help plan, brief and review campaigns, track performance and implement optimisation recommendations to improve ROI over time. Digital Analytics Reporting You’ll use Google Analytics, digital dashboards and campaign reports to understand what’s working and where we can improve. You’ll translate performance data into clear insights for the marketing team and make practical recommendations to refine campaigns and channels. Agency Management You’ll manage day-to-day communication with our digital agencies – briefing work, reviewing outputs, managing timelines and ensuring activity aligns with objectives and brand standards. You'll act as the main contact point for digital delivery partners. Digital Strategy Development As you become more confident in managing channels and campaigns, you’ll increasingly contribute ideas and insights to our digital strategy. You’ll bring forward new tools, trends and approaches, helping shape how we evolve our digital marketing over time. Proven experience of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, life sciences or healthcare Demonstrable experience managing websites (CMS experience essential, WordPress/HubSpot/similar) Proven track record improving SEO performance with measurable results Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content creation Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Strong project management abilities with attention to detail Experience managing agency relationships Excellent written communication skills Understanding of digital marketing best practices in regulated industries (desirable)
