This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical and growing segment within one of Boston’s premier hotels. The Business Travel Sales Manager will lead the development and performance of the negotiated transient segment, with a strong focus on local corporate accounts.

Salary for this position is: $75,000 - $100,000/year based on experience
Location: On-property (eligible for hybrid schedule after 90 days)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and grow the corporate transient and consortia segments, with a focus on local negotiated accounts.
Own the full lifecycle of local accounts, including prospecting, contracting, account management, and ongoing client service
Leverage Omni’s Select Guest Loyalty Program, an experience-driven program based on total spend, to drive account engagement and retention
Partner closely with the hotel’s on-site Loyalty Ambassador to elevate VIP experiences and strengthen relationships with top-tier travelers
Collaborate with Omni’s Global Business Travel Team to align strategy and maximize account performance
Execute and implement local RFPs
Actively represent the hotel through client sales calls, local market outreach, and industry trade shows
Participate in weekly revenue merchandising meetings, monthly sales meetings, stand up daily and monthly sales meetings as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience (Business Travel experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in outbound solicitation, client site visits, and contract negotiations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to travel as needed to represent the hotel
