Job Description Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to one or more Senior Vice President (SVPs) and their leadership or may have other VP level executives in addition. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex, confidential responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner and intermediary between the SVP, leadership team, and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, committees, and special initiatives
May facilitate meetings, including documenting and summarizing key decisions and action items with accuracy
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting
Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on key initiatives to ensure progress and accountability
Compile reports, presentations, and analyses to support executive decision-making
Conduct research and gather information to assist with inquiries, issues, and strategic initiatives
May provide oversight and guidance to administrative or clerical staff, as needed
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Drive operational excellence by improving administrative processes and ensuring high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Minimum of 8+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior-level leaders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and related tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direction
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
