Therapist

As a Therapist at SAFE Passage Indiana, your job responsibility will consist of responding and supporting youth dealing with crisis including but not limited to self-harm, suicidal and aggressive behaviors.  The Therapist supports and processes through youth's feelings about past trauma and helps the youth to reach stabilization of their behaviors and mindset.  You are responsible for evaluating and monitoring youth who have demonstrated suicidal and self-harm ideations/ behaviors.  The Therapist creates safety plans for youth who are returning back into the community. You will also partner with other departments regularly to best assist in support youth within the program.
