Job Description

Job Descriptions Handle and read NSD incoming mail and monthly mail sum up

Sort and send mail to the person who responses and checking progress until finish

Complete organize NSD daily schedule and appointment

Prepare and arrange reimbursement of travel related expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses to NSD

Prepare presentation and report such as information, production and others for NSD to present Sales/KTB as requested

Compose announcement, memo, routine letters and replies based on general instructions

Follow up weekly and monthly report such as RSM Workweek, activity report and others as NSD Requested

Arrange incoming letter, documents or memo from other department or related people for NSD to sign and return back

Organize , prepare agendas and taking minutes of team meetings or general meetings as requested

Control and monitor the general expenditure in budget and update budget to NSD every month

Develop monthly expense reports, filing and controlling documentation

Communicates information and decisions clearly and completely by using appropriate communication channels (email, in-person, voice mail, etc.) Follow up report from Sales Team to ensure of working priority with completion as request

Fully support for Sales Information, prepare presentation and report as request

Ensure of working priority with completion as request

Requirements At least 2 years experience in secretarial field or relate

Good command in English language (preferable) Experiences in administration or secretary, high level knowledge of computer literate and office software

Experiences in Insurance Business

Ability to work individually and meet deadlines

Customer service mind

Team player works in collaboration with colleagues

Self motivated with initiative, achievement oriented and adaptability

Ability to work under pressure

Work efficiently and accurately to ensure good performance

Good communication skills
