Overview: The Product Lifecycle Global Process Owner demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Bunge's global product lifecycle management (PLM) process. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating efforts across multiple functions and regions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and maximizing the value derived from the PLM process. This requires expertise in PLM, data management, CMDB principles, and strong leadership, communication, and change management skills. It also requires a results-oriented approach rather than a purely process-driven one.
Essential Functions: Main Accountabilities:
- Define, document, and maintain the global PLM processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes documenting process flows, identifying stakeholders, and defining performance metrics.
- Lead and support community of subject matter experts (SMEs) working in the PLM processes, providing direction, mentorship, and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, IT, Finance) to integrate the PLM process with other business processes. This involves facilitating communication, coordinating efforts, and resolving conflicts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PLM processes, using data analysis, industry best practices, and stakeholder feedback for process optimization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on the global PLM process, ensuring understanding and adoption.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging PLM technologies, incorporating innovative approaches.

- Leads and motivates SMEs from different teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. This involves inspiring professionals, setting direction, and ensuring they want to contribute to the shared vision.
- Is accountable for PLM processes performance and results, impacting business outcomes. Reports to senior management and participates in strategic planning, demonstrating leadership vision and support for execution.

Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience:
Typically a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 6-10 years of experience in IT product lifecycle management, including leadership experience. Relevant certifications are preferred.
