Bunge has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, supporting the Business Technology (BT) organization which is primarily focused on Information Technology functions.

The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the global acquisition of top-tier Information Technology talent.
This role is crucial in shaping Bunge's technology future by identifying and attracting professionals who will drive innovation and operational excellence across our diverse global enterprise.
Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for IT roles, influencing a distributed team of talent acquisition professionals, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in IT recruitment to develop plans and support solutions for complex talent challenges across various regions and markets.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven expertise in full-cycle global Information Technology recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
- In-depth knowledge of global IT labor markets, talent trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong understanding of various IT domains and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, infrastructure).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for talent pooling.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques and platforms.
Education and Experience:
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 11-14 years of position-related functional management experience in global talent acquisition, specifically within Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree may be preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment projects and initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
• Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders, compensation partners and the talent acquisition teams or other professionals without direct authority.
