BASIC PURPOSE
Process development and industrialization for new products, and improvement of existing processes. MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (B. A.)a plus from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Plus 5+ years of experience in a component manufacturing business. Rubber to metal molding engineering experience a must.
