As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our next-gen products aimed at speeding up and simplifying data review. You’ll focus on creating meaningful impact by owning a specific product and features from design and development thru launch with go-to-market strategy and implementation. Initial focus will be on aiR for Review and Privilege and helping to develop and scale next generation AI products and workflows combining traditional AI and generative AI methods to solve purpose-driven legal problems.
Job Description and Requirements
What you'll do:
Collaborate: Work across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions to problem areas across our platform
Innovate: Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible
Translate: Turn product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development
Solve: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems
Validate: Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation
Prioritize: Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact – balancing both
Advocate: Be the user and business voice throughout the software development process
Analyze: Dive into usage data and metrics to uncover hidden insights to drive new ideas
What we're looking for in a candidate:
Passionate: You have an interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry.
Academic: You have a degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field.
Experienced: You’ve launched, led, and supported software and AI products for 5+ years
Problem Solver: Someone who loves solving problems and can tackle any challenge, even the ambiguous ones.
Strong communication: Both written and verbal communication skills are important – in English and Polish
Insatiable curiosity – asking questions is the key to our innovation – our ideal candidate doesn’t take anything at face value
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can spot potential issues before they become full-fledged problems
Analytical Thinker: You can dissect complex problems and come up with creative solutions.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
250 000 and 374 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
