How would you like to lead the development of the product vision and strategy for overall retail planning capabilities in the LEGO Group?
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager here at The LEGO Group to lead an evolution of integrated digital planning capabilities supporting Consumer Sales, Sell-In, and Merch Financial Planning. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, retail planning, and digital product execution.
Core Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Retail Planning product portfolio, ensuring alignment between business priorities, operating model changes, and technology investments.
Partner with senior business stakeholders to define strategy, priorities, and value realization across Retail Planning, Global Inventory, and Merchandise Financial Planning capabilities.
Lead discovery and product strategy for complex business problems, translating them into scalable digital capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business functions to manage dependencies and deliver end-to-end value across the retail planning supply chain.
Establish clear product vision, roadmaps, and investment cases that support long-term business objectives and portfolio prioritization.
Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency, inventory productivity, and decision-making through data-driven products and process transformation.
Influence and shape future operating models by connecting business processes, governance, data, and technology into coherent solutions.
Ensure successful adoption and value realization by partnering closely with business process owners and change stakeholders throughout delivery.
Represent the product area in senior leadership forums, providing clear recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and investment implications.
Coach and elevate product thinking across cross-functional teams, helping drive a culture of outcomes, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Product Director, Shopper Product. The position supports live enterprise tools powering the backbone of the LEGO Retail. Success requires driving adoption, stabilizing operations, and continuously improving planning outcomes while balancing innovation with operational reliability.
The role ensures planning systems enable long range theme and location level financial planning, detailed plan tension management, and aligned KPI planning across LEGO.com and owned retail stores.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience working in a Product Management position/s, including ownership of complex enterprise or operational products.
Previous experience working in a retail, direct to consumer organisation.
Proven ability to define product strategy and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior business and technology leaders in matrix organizations.
Experience leading discovery, prioritization, and investment decisions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple teams, functions, and dependencies.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to build business cases and quantify value realization.
Experience working closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams to deliver scalable digital products.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for executive audiences.
Not essential, nice to have!
Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Merchandising, or Financial Planning domains.
Experience with planning platforms (e.g. o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.).
Experience driving operating model transformation and business process modernization.
Experience working in global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and regions.
