Note: For this position, we're looking for 2 interns. One who will be based in our Amsterdam office, and second in Eindhoven.

Within the People Business Services, People Activation Team, we are looking for a talented student to be part of several People projects focused on activating people solutions through various internal channels, project management, communication, and administrative initiatives. These initiatives are at the core of our People Function systems and are closely connected to the global People Strategy. This is an ideal position to gain a deep understanding of global People strategy, execution and practical experience in a multinational environment.
Your role:
Supporting and/or leading small projects with the assistance of a People Activation Specialist.
Supporting organization-wide online engagement programs and regular webcasts.
Reporting on project progress with agreed frequency, focusing on quality and status.
Creating content for internal communication channels, including Viva Engage, Intranet, SharePoint, and selected social platforms.
Effectively prioritizing, executing, and communicating tasks in a fast-paced environment through proactive work.
You're the right fit if:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Communications, Human Resources, (Organizational) Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field.
You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
You are a quick learner and have strong communication skills (stakeholder management is crucial).
You have a creative approach in which you are able to translate complex ideas (Microsoft Office experience is a must).
You are a proactive learner, and fluent in English.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net. Paid holidays per internship term.
