TikTok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond TikTok by accessing top local publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions.TikTok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Role Overview: Lead and execution for Pangle's Web Ads products. Develop a deep understanding of global advertiser needs, design monetization product solutions centered on core Web Ads industry verticals (open-loop e-commerce, Lead & Service), and drive business scale growth across overseas markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product planning, requirements analysis, and solution design for Web Ads; drive iteration across core modules including ad formats, bidding logic, and targeting capabilities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the campaign needs of open-loop e-commerce and Lead & Service advertisers; design industry-specific product solutions tailored to these verticals.
  • Research compliance requirements and advertising ecosystems in target markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe & Americas); drive localization and market adaptation of Web Ads products.
  • Engage directly with overseas advertisers and agencies to gather frontline insights; track competitive landscape including product and algorithm developments from key players within the industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with algorithm, engineering, sales, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and make data-driven product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of internet product management experience; advertising/monetization product background preferred.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (RTB / Header Bidding), ad serving pipelines, and performance optimization logic.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mainland China. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with open-loop e-commerce or Lead & Service advertising products.
  • International business background; familiarity with Southeast Asia, Middle East, or Europe & Americas markets. Soft Skills

  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
