OVERVIEW
  • We are seeking a Technical Producer, Email Campaigns to support the execution of global Hardware CRM and email marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations, audience activation, and email production, ensuring that highly visible customer communications are accurately configured, tested, approved, and delivered at scale.
  • Working closely with CRM Leads, Creative Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end technical deployment of email campaigns using Google's proprietary marketing platforms, including Google Notifications Platform (GNP), Marketing Analytics Platform (MAP), Connect Composer, and related tooling.
  • This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in complex marketing environments and enjoys combining technical expertise with operational excellence. You will build and configure campaigns, manage audience integrations, implement dynamic content, oversee localization workflows, and ensure every deployment meets quality, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Success in this role comes from technical precision, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to consistently deliver flawless campaigns across multiple markets, languages, and audience segments.

SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
  • Event Campaign Activation
  • Build, configure, and manage email campaigns within Google Notifications Platform (GNP), ensuring all campaign settings, tracking requirements, and notification configurations are accurately implemented.
  • Create new campaigns and manage existing campaign deployments across global Hardware marketing programs.
  • Monitor campaign progress throughout the deployment lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues that may impact launch timelines.
  • Manage campaign approvals and launch processes, ensuring all stakeholder sign-offs are secured prior to deployment.
  • Audience Management & Data Integration
  • Partner with CRM and audience teams to connect Marketing Analytics Platform (MAP) audience tables with campaign configurations in GNP.
  • Manage audience ingestion processes, ensuring correct audience selection, permissions, and data accessibility across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot audience integration challenges, including temporary table selection, materialization issues, and data synchronization discrepancies.
  • Validate audience segmentation and targeting configurations prior to launch to ensure accurate delivery and personalization.
  • Content Production & Dynamic Messaging
  • Integrate HTML creative assets into GNP using approved workflows and tools, including Coco and Connect Composer.
  • Build and maintain reusable Connect Composer snippets and modular content components that support personalization, localization, and dynamic content delivery.
  • Implement conditional logic and dynamic content rules to support audience-specific messaging and device-based experiences.
  • Maintain organized repositories of content components, snippets, and templates to support scalability and consistency across campaigns.
  • Localization Management
  • Manage localized subject lines and market-specific content implementations across multiple regions and languages.
  • Coordinate the integration of localized HTML assets and dynamic content variations within campaign builds.
  • Ensure localization processes follow established standards and maintain consistency across all campaign versions.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct comprehensive campaign testing and validation using GNP testing environments and proofing workflows.
  • Manage proof distribution to designated stakeholders and testing groups, ensuring all recipients are correctly configured.
  • Review content rendering, dynamic logic, links, personalization, localization, and tracking implementation prior to launch.
  • Identify and resolve campaign issues through structured QA processes to ensure error-free deployment.
  • Approval & Governance
  • Coordinate campaign approval workflows with designated reviewers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform requirements, governance standards, and established operational processes.
  • Support ARN creation and approval processes when managing multiple related campaign deployments.
  • Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign configurations, troubleshooting procedures, deployment processes, and technical specifications.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and platform updates to support knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign operations, tooling, and deployment workflows.
  • MDB Group & Permissions Management
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign setup efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance deployment quality.
  • Recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions that improve operational performance across the Hardware CRM program.
  • Stay current with platform updates, new functionality, and evolving best practices within Google's marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Continuous Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign setup efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance deployment quality.
  • Recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions that improve operational performance across the Hardware CRM program.
  • Stay current with platform updates, new functionality, and evolving best practices within Google's marketing technology ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in email production, campaign operations, CRM execution, or marketing technology roles within large-scale marketing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HTML email development and email marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaign deployment platforms, preferably Google Notifications Platform (GNP) or similar enterprise-scale marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with audience management and segmentation platforms, including data integration and audience activation workflows.
  • Proficiency with dynamic content implementation, personalization logic, and modular content frameworks.
  • Experience using content management and templating tools such as Connect Composer or comparable systems.
  • Strong understanding of email QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and deployment governance processes.
  • Experience managing localization workflows across multiple languages and regions.
  • Knowledge of audience permissions, recipient group management, and campaign governance practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues across multiple interconnected systems.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience maintaining operational processes and technical guides.
  • Experience working within highly cross-functional environments involving marketing, creative, analytics, and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, marketing technology ecosystems, or workflow automation tools is advantageous.
