Job Description
Your role
As a Customer Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for checking and entering ordering information into our systems, updating existing entries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, both from internal and external sources.
What is waiting for you:
Entering orders accurately and on time in the CRM, following contractual terms, pricing, and product availability.
Validating customer and product information to meet quality standards.
Collaboration with local Customer Service teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
Following standard procedures and support continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
Maintaining high service levels by applying global processes with local awareness.
What do you need to succeed:
High school diploma.
Fluency in English.
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM or database systems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
