ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact for all warranty-related matters, including reviewing, processing, documenting, and resolving customer warranty claims while providing internal and external support.
- Investigate warranty failures through data analysis, testing, and field reports; perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Analyze warranty performance metrics, identify trends, prepare reports and presentations, determine claim responsibility, and support warranty audits and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, Suppliers, and Customers to resolve issues, support process and design improvements, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise End-of-Line Inspectors, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, safety, environmental, and ethical standards, maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree (Engineering and/or Quality preferred) with a minimum of three years of experience in a Quality-related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a Quality role working with warranty management.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement to effectively manage warranty process.
- Must possess strong skills in root cause analysis and data analysis tools, along with proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management systems.
