We’re scaling rapidly across the region, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Madrid to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that will fuel our next stage of growth.
You’ll be part of a global TA team and will partner closely with leaders across EMEA as well as our LATAM and Asia teams. This role covers sourcing, recruitment delivery, talent pipeline building, and employer branding initiatives that make a real impact.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for roles across EMEA, especially in data centres, engineering, construction, operations, and corporate functions.
- Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging high-calibre passive talent across EMEA.
- Act as a brand ambassador, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns and talent community initiatives that grow awareness across the region.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide market insights, salary trends, and sourcing strategies to drive strong hiring outcomes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair, transparent, and exceptional candidate experience.
- Support TA projects across EMEA — campus hiring, employer branding, talent mapping, and process improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in EMEA (ideally in technology, engineering, data centre, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related sectors).
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, local job boards, social platforms, and market mapping techniques.
- Ability to engage passive talent and influence effectively with a warm, confident communication style.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, high-change environment — agile, adaptable, and proactive.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to work independently while collaborating across regions.
- Passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven recruiting.
- Fluent in English and advanced French would be a plus.
