Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build new partnerships and scale company presence in a number of markets within the iGaming vertical. It will be a right fit for someone who is comfortable with both the sales/negotiation side and the technical tracking side of the business.
Role is based in Dubai, UAE. Relocation support is provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Search for new traffic sources and launch affiliates using CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models. You’ll be responsible for the full cycle — from first contact to active traffic.
- Monitor campaign results daily, analyze traffic quality, and work on improving ROI. You will also collaborate with multiple teams (designers, developers, etc.) to improve acquisition strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners to help them grow. This includes managing their budgets, calculating commissions, and making sure all payouts and invoices are handled on time.
- Represent the company at conferences and events, and help create newsletters and promos for our affiliate base.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing specifically within the iGaming/Gambling niche. Experience in top-tier companies in this sector is a big plus.
- Market Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
- Technical Skills: Experience with tracking and measurement platforms (e.g. Appsflyer or Adjust) is a must. You should understand how tracking works for both mobile apps and web products.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach. You should be able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential. Knowledge of one of the following languages is a must: Ukrainian, Russian.
