Role:  Technical Architect – Agentic AI & Software Development

Experience Level: 8 - 15 Years 

Work Location: Bangalore / Mumbai 

What You'll Do

You will be working as a Solution Lead designing and delivering Agentic AI platforms and applications that are running across multiple geographies, helping organizations achieve their business goals with the use of full stack technologies, cloud services, DevOps, and cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities. We are building scalable Agentic AI platforms, powering 50+ enterprise grade agent use cases. This role requires end-to-end ownership across the entire Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) - from requirements gathering to production deployment and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and architect advanced RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and multi-agent orchestration systems with upstream/downstream integrations

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable full-stack applications including backend services, APIs, and intuitive UI components for agent configuration

• Support and Drive robust DevOps practices ensuring production-grade deployments with comprehensive monitoring, auto-scaling, and fault tolerance

• Own end-to-end delivery from PoC to production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality documentation

Skill Requirements - Must Have

Agentic AI & LLM Technologies (Primary Skills)

• Agentic Frameworks & Orchestration: Expert in building autonomous systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen, including custom tool-calling and event-driven architectures.

• Advanced RAG & Vector Data: Proficiency in architecting end-to-end RAG pipelines and managing Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) through optimized chunking, embedding, and semantic search indexing.

• LLM Integration & Governance: Proven experience deploying enterprise-grade models (OpenAI, Vertex AI) combined with rigorous prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for safety and hallucination detection.

Backend Development Technical Skills

• Backend Engineering & Architecture: Expert in Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js, with a proven track record of architecting scalable, high-performance microservices and monolithic applications using advanced software design patterns.

• Data Systems & Pipelines: Proficient in designing secure REST/WebSocket APIs and complex data models across SQL/NoSQL databases, while building resilient, event-driven pipelines using Kafka, Redis, or Celery.

• Agile Delivery & Security: Experienced in leading the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software within Agile environments, emphasizing reusable code, Git version control, and industry-standard security best practices.

DevOps & Cloud Skills

• Expert in Docker and Kubernetes with hands-on experience driving robust DevOps practices and ensuring production-grade deployments with auto-scaling, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities

• Expert in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) with proven ability to implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability using LangSmith, Trulens, Prometheus, and Grafana

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for comprehensive production observability

Leadership Qualities

• Strategic Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead technology teams and mentor engineers while driving technical strategy, innovation, and end-to-end project delivery from PoC to production.

• Agile Collaboration & Communication: Expert in managing cross-functional stakeholders and agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality code reviews, documentation, and clear communication of complex technical plans.
