Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect - Compensation & ORC1

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

. Lead the end-to-end architecture for Oracle HCM Compensation and ORC solutions.

. Design scalable 4D compensation structures using:

  •  Legislative Data Group (LDG)

  • Job Family

  • Job Function

  • Grade structures

. Define Oracle best-practice-based architecture aligned with Redwood UI

compatibility.

. Evaluate alternative technical approaches and provide recommendations.

Oracle HCM & Compensation

. Configure and guide implementation of:

  • Grade structures

  • Grade Rates

  • Compensation frameworks

  • Internal pay composites

  • Market benchmarking integrations

. Ensure alignment with EU Pay Transparency and compensation compliance

requirements.

. Support automated midpoint calculation and compensation logic implementation.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

. Architect ORC customizations for:

  • Automated salary range fetching

  • Job DFF logic

  • Dynamic requisition population

  • Background concatenation rules

. Ensure seamless user experience and process automation.

Integration & Automation

. Define cross-module integration strategy across:

  • Core HR

  • Compensation

  •  Recruiting

. Collaborate with technical teams on:

  • HDL/HSDL

  • BI Reports

  • Fast Formulas

  • REST/SOAP APIs

  • Data migration and conversion

. Drive automation and data integrity initiatives.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

. Conduct customer workshops, CRPs, and architecture discussions.

. Work with customer leadership teams to:

  • Qualify requirements

  • Finalize solution approaches

  • Manage risks and dependencies

. Provide architecture governance during implementation and hypercare phases.

  • DFF/EFF configuration

  • Data migration strategies

  • Reporting and validation frameworks

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing global compensation/pay transparency solutions.

  • Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency regulations.

  • Experience working with WTW market data or compensation benchmarking platforms.

  • Hospitality, consulting, or global enterprise experience preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills

  • Executive communication capabilities

  • Problem-solving and architecture governance mindset

  • Ability to lead distributed implementation teams
