Answers and refers calls, greets and directs visitors, and performs various clerical and administrative functions including filing, mail receipt and distribution, and copying. Ensures department equipment is operational and serviced as necessary, and maintains adequate supplies and inventory, ordering as appropriate. Maintains department files, records, and forms, and ensures up-to-date reporting. Generates purchase orders and completes work orders as necessary. Supports department with secretarial functions including correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and distribution. Attends meetings as requested and maintains appointment calendars, schedules meetings, and arranges department catering needs. May manages department petty cash functions. Updates and files department policies and procedures, and may recommend updates and assist with policy and procedure creation. Runs errands and assists with event coordination as needed. Provides support for various department reporting and spreadsheet creation. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) [Required]

20 wpm typing skills [Required]
Education:
Associate [Preferred]
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
1+ office, clerical, or customer service experience [Required]
