Excelcare at Manalapan is seeking a friendly, polished, and customer-focused Concierge to be the welcoming face of our facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression and providing exceptional service to residents, families, and visitors.

Position Overview

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for everyone entering our community. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring a warm, organized, and professional environment while supporting resident relations and daily front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently

• Assist residents and families with inquiries, directions, and general support

• Coordinate visitor sign-in and maintain front desk security protocols

• Communicate effectively with nursing, administration, and department heads

• Maintain a welcoming, organized lobby and reception area

• Support resident experience initiatives and special events as needed

 Qualifications

• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Experience in healthcare or senior living is a plus, but not required
