Application Sales Engineer - Metals & Glass

In this role, you will work in a dynamic, applications driven environment to commercialize new technologies that support profitable growth across Linde’s target industries; the position provides technical and commercial expertise to regional and global teams, with emphasis on supporting RBUs Lead the development and execution of commercialization strategies that leverage Linde’s differentiated technologies to secure applications driven on site and merchant volume growth Support RBUs through customer installations, operator trainings, technical seminars, and on-site application activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Linde technologies You will deliver on measurable commercial targets, contributing directly to volume growth, opportunity conversion, and profitability Coordinate and lead commercialization projects across multiple functions and regions, ensuring alignment, effective execution, and timely delivery Analyze customer data, operational parameters, and process needs to develop robust technical solutions and well-structured commercial proposals Participate in continuous monitoring of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and translate them into actionable commercial initiatives Operate under minimal supervision, independently managing complex technical and commercial situations with sound judgment and strong ownership
