As Treasury M&A Expert, you will play a key role in supporting mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions from a Treasury perspective across the Group. You will be responsible for shaping financing structures, supporting post‑transaction Treasury integration (incl. restructuring) as well as subsidiary financing and advising on Treasury matters.
Key responsibilities
Act as Treasury lead on ongoing M&A transactions, covering financing structures, parent company support, payment mechanisms and other Treasury topics (securities, currency)
Provide professional guidance and support to colleagues managing M&A deals; contribute to Treasury knowledge sharing and trainings
Review internal decision‑making materials and key transaction documents (SPA, SHA, JoA, MoU, etc.) from a Treasury perspective
Actively participate in post‑transaction integration processes, including financial restructuring and Treasury integration of new subsidiaries
Advise on subsidiary financing solutions, capital structure and dividend proposals; prepare financing agreements.
You will manage a wide stakeholder group: you will closely cooperate with M&A, Finance, Legal, subsidiary CFOs and GBS teams.
What We’re Looking For:
University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience (Treasury, Corporate Finance, M&A, funding)
In-depth knowledge of M&A transactions and related documentation
Solid understanding of corporate finance, corporate and project funding
Professional working proficiency in English
Ability to work independently on complex topics while coordinating multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset and sound business judgment
Confident user of MS Office applications
Willingness to work in an international environment
