Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven HVAC Branch Manager to lead our Lima, OH location. This role owns branch operations, team performance, customer relationships, and profitability.
You’ll have direct impact on sales growth and team success while benefiting from our industry-leading profit-sharing program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and daily execution
- Drive growth: build contractor relationships, maximize sales opportunities, support quoting and follow-ups
- Develop your team: hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, accountable team
- Manage inventory & execution: ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee facility & operations: maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Own financial performance: manage P&L, expenses, and key metrics
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in branch, distribution, or operations environment
- HVAC, plumbing, or building materials experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
